The pics of the Solo 2 are a bit confusing on your site...does the black unit come with black draw tubes or clear? I like the black tubes and this may seal the deal. Thanks in advance!
Apologies for any confusion. The image shown towards the bottom of this page has a dark background which make them appear as black draw tubes. However, the "draw tubes" or "Aroma Stems" are actually clear. Sorry, black stems stems are not available for this item.

I'm confused by what's in the box. Does it come with a battery, screens and two rubber caps. It didn't even list the solo 2 unit I presume thats in the box.
Hi, Yes. It comes with a pre-installed battery in the Solo 2 device, screens, and silicon caps for the two storage containers for each of the tubes. It is the full OEM kit. Thanks for letting us know, we've updated our page.

Is this conduction or convection?
The Arizer Solo 2 uses mainly convection heating; however, some can debate that it uses a bit of conduction where your material makes contact with the device.

How big is the chamber?
The Solo 2 Chamber is actually located in the glass tube and carries about 0.15 grams. It's quite small but for a reason, getting the correct balance of heat flowing through the material this gives great vapor and flavor with micro-doses.

I’m not a heavy vaper but my biggest complaint about my 1 yr old crafty (she hits soooooo sweet) is the terrible battery life and long heat time. That’s remedied by the Solo 2. I’ve had it about 2 weeks and only charged it twice. Heat time is fast and clouds are moderate. Lots of flavor before the clouds but that also does the trick for me. Love the weight of it and simplicity of its design. I do wish the mouth pieces weren’t glass but I’m just really careful with it. Super pleased.

United StatesI bought this as a gift for my husband a few weeks ago. His vape is much older and I thought he could use an upgrade. I asked him what he thought and he said it’s SOLID so far! He uses the screens provided and doesn’t have issues with airflow like some have said in other reviews on YouTube. He thanks me over and over again for how awesome this product is. The glass tubes are very nice and sturdy, he’s glad that I added on the angled one. It heats up very quickly and is easy to use. The only “issue” he had was figuring out how to turn it on initially, holding 2 buttons simultaneously.
