Slick Vapes requires you to submit the following information before we can process your order. To do so please email us back and follow the instructions below.

During the verification process, you may be asked for up to 4 types of photos:

• the payment card that you used to process your order, the card must be in your name.
• your driver’s license
• you holding your driver's license next to your face
• your passport, open to its ID Page

The payment card, in your name, that you used to complete your order

A clear photo of the payment card that you used on our site. The card must in your name. The name, expiration date, and last four digits of the card must be visible. Please cover up all but the last four numbers on your credit card; this helps us verify your identity and ensure you’re in possession of the card, while protecting your privacy.

Your Driver’s License

You may be asked to send a clear photo id of your drivers license or government ID... If so, please send us a clear photo of yourself holding your valid government picture ID. Your ID must match your billing address on file.
