Shipping Delays and Updates
IMPORTANT: We sincerely apologize, we are no longer able to accept international orders due to shipping issues.
Due to the impact of the global pandemic, shipping carriers are not guaranteeing the delivery times including express shipping. We are also seeing delays on scan for both USPS and FedEx. We will continuously monitor the situation and your package. We are doing our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
SlickVapes.com is committed to supporting you, our valued customer, by continuing operations in our offices and warehouses. We are equally committed to taking care of our employees, and actively follow the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We have put in place many virus-mitigating actions, and have established cleaning measures and quarantine guidelines across all facilities. We will continue to process and ship orders with a limited warehouse staff. In addition, we are encouraging our office staff to work remotely.
Note: Our warehouse hours are Monday (non-holiday) - Friday.
DISCREET BILLING AND SHIPPING
Your orders will always be shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. Our packaging is inconspicuous with no indication of the contents on the outer packaging; no SlickVapes logo, no product indications. The return label on your package will show "SV Distribution" "SV" "Shipping Department" among other names. For international orders, we are required to include a commercial invoice which may show product names, quantities, and pricing.
Your financial statement will have a charge by SLICKVPS ####. Nothing from the outside will remotely resemble anything that has to do with SlickVapes.com's culture.
FREE SHIPPING DETAILS
SlickVapes offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $49.99 within the USA. Most items and international orders ship via USPS with either USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or Fedex depending on your location and the shipping costs involved (at the discretion of our Shipping Department). Larger orders and some vaporizers ship with standard FedEx Home Delivery (or FedEx Ground for non-residential addresses), USPS Priority Mail, or UPS in some cases, unless you choose to upgrade your shipping method during checkout.
FAST SAME-DAY SHIPPING
***As of April 17, 2020, due to the current situation surrounding the COVID-19 global pandemic, we cannot guarantee same-day shipping. However, we want you to know that we prioritize Express and Priority orders and work very hard to process them immediately and send them out for shipment as quickly as we could, with minimal delay. We thank you for your support.
Please be advised that orders are only shipped out Monday-Friday, so if your order was placed on a weekend or after cut off Friday, it will not ship until the following Monday (non-holiday). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. Thank you for your patience in the meantime.
We know how important it is to have your brand new vape delivered ASAP. We share the same excitement when we get our hands on a new vaporizer we've been eyeing. That's why the team at Slick Vapes is trained to handle -> package -> and ship your order after your order is placed before our cut-off time during business days.
Our checkout process on our website features built-in shipping options that are real-time, keep in mind they are just estimates and are not to be dependent on with 100% accuracy. There are times where we may split your order and use another warehouse to ship our products which may benefit you and get you most of your items sooner. There may also be further warehouse delays which we will inform you about within 24-72 hours of ordering.

While USPS does not provide complete tracking information for orders shipped with First Class Mail, SlickVapes purchases a delivery confirmation number, at our own expense, to confirm successful delivery of your shipment. Larger orders and most vaporizers are shipped with FedEx, which offers a sophisticated tracking system. As soon as your order is packed, SlickVapes sends tracking information to the email address you have provided.
Do You Require Signature?
A signature may or may not be required for orders $250 and greater. If you have a specific request for your order please contact us before we ship your package so we can make adjustments.
Order Verification
All orders are subject to verification. Due to the nature of doing business online we must check our database and complete internal verification checks on any order we receive. If you receive an email after completing the order to verify please do so asap so we can ship your order asap. In these cases, shipping and delivery times may be delayed.
USPS Tracking States "Status Not Available"
**Note that if your tracking information states "Status Not Available" or “Not Found,” please allow 24-72 hours for it to update on the tracking website (USPS, FedEx, or UPS). Tracking information will update on the website once the package is picked up by the courier.
INELIGIBLE SHIPPING SCENARIOS
- FedEx can not deliver to a P.O. Box.
- Butane must be shipped with FedEx Ground. Butane can not be shipped to a P.O. Box address or shipped via Air/Express methods.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?*** COVID-19 Updates Below
Your orders will be processed according to your chosen shipping preference.
On some orders, SlickVapes WAS able to offer rapid order processing and same day shipping for orders placed Monday – Friday before 1:30pm EST. ***However, with the COVID-19 global pandemic, most verified orders are now being shipped within 24-72 business hours of placing your order. In cases where processing may take longer than that, we will inform you within 24-72 hours of ordering.
Transit times listed below are estimates once a package has been picked up by our carriers.

- USPS transit times are measured after shipping and are estimates only. These are not guaranteed shipping times.
- USPS First Class Mail — 3 to 7 Business Days (Update: 3 - 8 Business days)
- USPS Priority Mail — 2 to 4 Business Days (Update: 2-5 Business days)
- USPS Express Mail — 1 to 2 Business Days (Orders that are placed and verified after our 1:30EST cutoff time on Friday will be shipped the next business day (normally the following Monday, unless it's a holiday)

- FedEx Ground / Home Delivery — 1 to 5 Business Days (in the continental U.S.)
- FedEx Express Saver — 3 Business Days
- FedEx 2Day — 2 Business Days
- FedEx Standard Overnight — Next Business Day by 3pm (to most non-rural areas)
- FedEx Priority Overnight — Next Business Day by 10:30am (to most non-rural areas)

DIFFERENT BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESS
For orders with different billing & shipping we may delay your package for further verification. You will be notified within 12-24 hours if we need extra verification from you. Please understand that we do this to protect our customers from possible un approved activity.
Why am I being asked to verify before shipping?
In very few cases, if there is an issue will come up with your order, such as verification of payment, different billing & shipping address, international orders, color selection, etc. we will get in contact with you on the same day.
Slick Vapes reserves the right to verify your order prior to shipping. Once we have verified the transaction, we will do our best to ship by cut-off times.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We provide shipping options through USPS, UPS and FedEx international customers at our discretion. International transit time is estimated and may incur delays due to the destination’s customs processing.
***Note: Due to the pandemic, many countries are temporarily restricting shipments.
International customers are responsible for Customs and Duty Fees. SlickVapes is not responsible for these fees and will not pay Duty charges. These charges are at the discretion of your country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Import fees and taxes are not included in your order total. You may check with your country's Customs Office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to making your purchase.
All prices and transactions are in USD. You may be assessed currency conversion or other fees associated with this transaction by your bank or credit card issuer if your card’s currency is other than USD.
In the event we ship a package from the USA to Canada, sales tax will be automatically included in your order total. These taxes will be pre-paid on shipments to Canada; the buyer is responsible for duties and fees.

SHIPPING BATTERIES INTERNATIONALLY
Unfortunately we can NOT ship stand alone batteries internationally. Only devices with built in batteries or devices with pre-installed batteries are allowed.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.
