Does it use a bag or can it ?
The V-Tower does not use a bag, this is a passive heating system which requires you to draw from the tube. The Arizer Extreme does have active heating (blows hot air) and fills a bag. Hope that helps :)

Is it for dry herb or wax or oil, maybe both?

This makes smoking much easier for me. For it's size, it produces a nice vape. I'd recommend.
