The hot knife came well packaged, and it was in a new sealed box. The hot knife works well, gets hot fast and it doesn't burn my product. It's really sleek. Smaller than a standard pen. I'm nervous about breaking the ceramic tip. I don't think it can take a lot of pressure, but it's perfect for what I have. This will be a great addition to my travel bag.
