How big is the rig
The Dabtron measures about 2.8"Diameter x 6"inches Tall (without mouthpiece)... The rig sits nicely in your hand.

How do you get a replacement downstream
Unfortunately we do not sell downstems at the moment. However they are available on the seshgear site.

What does "coiless" mean exactly? Does it mean that actual coil is isolated from the wax? Is that what this rig has? The coil does not come in contact with the wax?
Yes, the atomizer includes a quartz cup, so you're not placing your wax directly onto the coil.

what is the temperature range. From what degree to what degree? is it just preset settings or is there a temperature control?
While the seshgear doesn't give temperature settings there are 4 preset adjustable voltages shown below
- 4 voltage settings (2.5 - 3.5v)

I purchased this in July and it's not turning on. I charged it to a full charge and it shows green but nothing happen when I click the button. I guess I checked out as a guest so I can't find my order. I know I used sezzle to pay so i have that info. Can this be replaced?

Great rig with a fantastic atomizer. Battery lasts a full day with a lot of use. Like others have said the down stem is fragile so be careful but it’s a solid piece of equipment!
