Solid grinder, even better customer service.
I’ll get to the grinder, but first I have to commend the customer service. I ordered the clear top as a gift for a friend, and they accidentally sent the solid top. I called the customer service line and a real person answered! It only took about a week for the corrected second shipment to arrive. Also, they never asked for the first one back, so now I have a gift for my friend and a fresh new grinder for myself to boot! Thanks Slick Vapes! As for the grinder, it’s my first time buying a V2 but I’ve had a couple Sharpstones in the past. I would say it’s definitely more ergonomically designed than the old Sharpstones. It’s at least as good as any other grinder, and I’d honestly say better than most, and that’s good enough for me.

It's a nice grinder, but the plate that holds the teeth inside the grinder, not the lid, literally broke off on the first grind. It's not one piece, it's 2 that was badly glued in. I had to use a lot of superglue to hold it in place and so far it's working pretty well. It's grinds easy and has a lot of storage space. Maybe I just got a defective unit. Overall, it works well but may need some superglue to fix.

I purchased this grinder as a gift. After the wrong item was sent I gave the company the benefit of the doubt and explained the issue. Following that I received the wrong grinder yet again. Nothing against the grinder, as I have used the same model before and it is a very nice grinder that I was excited to give as a gift.
