Yes, it comes with a mouthpiece and bottom mesh (coarse) screen.
Great vaporizer even for heavy users
By far the best vaporizer I’ve ever had. Im a heavy user and its held up to many sessions. I do recommend getting an extra cooling unit top, so you can clean one and use the other.

I like to clean my cooling unit at least once a week, which was getting to be kind of a nuisance. So the solution became to buy a few extra cooling units, then clean them all at once, once per month. Highly recommend it.
