Why does the mouthpiece get so warm and is there any solutions aside from the silicone piece?
Due to the nature of vaporization, it is common for mouthpieces (on all devices) to experience temperature increases during consistent usage. We do recommend allowing dry herb vaporizers to cool once they hit an uncomfortable temperature. This saves the battery and gives the device longer life. Hope that helps :)

My first vaporizer like this, got off a recommendation from a friend. I've been using it at about 365 F and I find it works excellent on the 5 minute setting. Pull is clear, cleaning is easy, and the battery lasts long enough that I'm only recharging it every week or so.

I really like the draw from this vaporizer. It's much better than a different model I bought for just herb. It comes with supplies to clean it after each use and highly recommended to keep the rig in good condition. Be careful when taking the concentrate piece out so you don't damage anything. I made that mistake and got a sensor error on my first one. The company that made this product never returned my emails regarding that issue but I learned from my mistake and hopefully it will make a difference to someone else who gets one. It's well worth the price
