SlickVapes offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $49.99 within the USA. Most items and international orders ship via USPS with either USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or Fedex depending on your location and size or order (at the discretion of our Shipping Department). Larger orders and some vaporizers may ship with standard FedEx Home Delivery (or FedEx Ground for non-residential addresses). Expect a delivery time within 1-7 business days for domestic orders.
We have many custom shipping upgrades available during checkout. Add your shipping address to choose your method.
DISCREET BILLING AND SHIPPING
Your orders will always be shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. Our packaging is inconspicuous with no indication of the contents on the outer packaging; no SlickVapes logo, no product indications. The return label on your package will show "SV Distribution" "SV" "Shipping Department" among other names. For international orders, we are required to include a commercial invoice which may show product names, quantities, and pricing.
Your financial statement will have a charge by SLICKVPS ####. Nothing from the outside will remotely resemble anything that has to do with SlickVapes.com's culture.

Yep! We periodically promote some products with free nation-wide "overnight delivery" in the US. Due to certain limitations and out of range delivery locations we can only guarantee 1-2 day shipping. ***As of April 1, 2020, due to the current situation surrounding the COVID-19 global pandemic, we cannot guarantee same-day shipping. How Do We Do This?
We utilize multi-location fulfillment which allows us to deliver to MOST ZONES in the USA overnight. For some delivery addresses, this may take two days at most. We cannot guarantee that your package will arrive overnight because of external forces and situations that are out of our control but we will always put forth our best effort to get you your order within the given time period.
We ship all our "One Day" Or "Overnight Delivery" orders via USPS Priority Mail Express, USPS Priority Mail, or FEDEX from one of our locations located in Southern California, Nevada, or Florida fulfillment centers. Our inventory levels and final destination will determine which we may decide to utilize.
For items that have one-day shipping available you will see the shipping method on page 3 of your checkout. The Slick Vapes team will put forth their best effort to get your order rushed out the same day.

- US domestic orders only.
- To avoid any delays, orders that do not have the same billing & shipping information are subject to verification.
- Orders must pass internal address checks.
What is Cut-off Time?
Our cut-off time is 2pm EST business days. Any orders placed after that will go out the next business morning. ***Due to the pandemic, most verified orders are now being processed/fulfilled and sent to the carriers for shipping within 24-72 business hours of placing your order. In cases where processing may take longer than that, we will inform you within 24-72 hours of ordering.
Please keep in mind business/shipping hours are Monday - Friday only.
Can I request Saturday Delivery?
If you're ordering on Thursday (after 2pm EST) or Friday (Before 2pm EST) and want Saturday delivery. Please contact us. Our majority carrier (FedEx) charges extra for Saturday delivery and we may charge a small delivery fee for Saturday deliveries. ***Please take note of COVID-19 pandemic changes in delivery and commitment times.
It's after 2 pm But I really need this the next day, how can I get my package?
In some cases, we're able to help you out. However, you'll have to contact us prior. We may charge a small fee for shipments needed after cut off.
What is a business day?
Our business days are Monday through Friday and exclude holidays. Orders that are confirmed and verified after cutoff on Friday are set to ship on the next available business day. In most cases that would be Monday as long as it does not fall on a Holiday. With the pandemic, that could mean Tuesday or Wednesday now.
Slick Vapes reserves the right to verify your order prior to shipping. Once we have verified the transaction, we will do our best to ship by cut-off times.
