The reviews overall were very good when I was researching what I wanted. However this product is not what it’s cracked up to be. The bowl for the herbs is extremely small and difficult to load without spilling everywhere. It is nearly impossible to take a good draw off it. I have tried all different temperatures to try to help that out and nothing seems to make it change.
