It never worked out of the box and contacted customer service and he told to send video of the problem. Long story short two weeks later he is still asking me to send more videos which I did and he says he want more videos when he can see it’s not working. Will never buy another thing from kandy pens. Amlso had a vapepen that broke after two charges. Never again

I like it. it's subtle and polished, very classy looking. I have yet to clean the tank but I saw that they can be cleaned with 99% isopropyl alcohol and reused, which is a plus. I still got a extra atomizer for when it does go out. Battery lasts awhile even when I'm sitting there chiefing away. Lol. I would buy again. Plus it has a nice little case to hold the charger and wax applicator
