Awesome addition
This is a amazing product.
Love it!
It's very simple and easy. It does get sticky from use but its ease out weighs that factor.
The 5 stars is for the service :D
I actually misunderstood what this e-nail did, so when I had to return it, customer service was extremely helpful, got right on top of getting me a return label so I could send it back. I really appreciate the help and I can now turn around and pay better attention to find what I really need. Thanks!!
Not the best, but functional... mostly.
I bought this e rig having never used an erig before: I had used similar set ups for concentrates that had no interface with water pipes, they were strictly for direct to mouth, and wasn't a big fan of the coil set up as they are too easy to get all clogged up with just the slightest bit of an over load. I have the same trouble with this set up and also the added trouble of airway clogging with roughly a dozen ports to probe when troubleshooting air flow problems. After two weeks of use, I'm down one coil due to shortout, and the second still fires but the smoke doesn't make it out of the device and into the water chamber since three days apart all known places where clogging can happen have been thoroughly probed and are clean to the ***** eye. So, maybe these particular setups work better for more seasoned erig users, but I'm personally finding it hard to find my confidence with loading and maintenance all I'm going back to my nectar collector until I can afford something a little more user friendly. I was more pleased than I expected to be when it was brand new and was again when I changed the coil, but by the third day of each I had a growing frustration, and haven't been able to decide if it's myself or the product or a combination that is to blame.
