You say the Firefly replacement battery you sell is 770 mAh (which is the new, improved kind), but down below you say that it is the "original" replacement battery. Which is it, for sure please. (I have had the original ones, and they're crap and poop out almost instantaneously, whereas the 770 are supposed to be better.
Hello Lyn. This is the 770mAH firefly 2 and 1 repalcement battery. What we meant by "original" is its an authentic battery from manufacturer.
Great help after USPS lost my package
Title says it all but I had a prompt response to my email and great follow up. USPS had marked the package delivered but it showed up 2days later.

Extra batteries & an external charger are a must for anyone other then an someone who smokes alone and only takes a few hits before charging. If you own or are buying a Firefly, buy extra batteries and a charger. It will pervert frustration and embarrassment of trying to showing a friend this really cool and really good device/experience and the damn this is dead or worse dies mid rip. I went with 2 batteries and an external charger. 2 concerts and countless outings by myself and with friends, I'm glad I got the extras to keep the fly lightning and heating.

The only thing more useless than a dead battery is a brain refusing to acknowledge it won't come back to life, and having TWO dead batteries. I saw the light, both figuratively and literally.

It works to power up my FF2+, does what's expected. Havn't had it long enough to comment on it's longevity etc. That to me is the main concern, it's "long life" or not. We'll see. Aside from that, your service has been great. Thanks and have a good day. Guy.
