Does this come with the wax or is it sold separately
Our vaporizers do not come with any wax or concentrates sorry, we wish! This is just all you need to get going provided you have wax/material which you can get at a local dispensary.

Is it prefilled
The coil is empty and you have to fill it with your favorite wax.

Can I put vape juice in the rip n g?
Unfortunately not. The R2 Slim Rip N` Go are for wax concentrates only.

Can you put distillate in the wax container
Hello Jake. Yes you can. But don't overfill it as it may spill.

Can a dab cart go on this
Hello Olivia. The R2 Slim Battery is 510 threaded so a 510 threaded cartridge will fit.

How do you charge it
Hello Dawn. It comes with a 510 usb charger. You simply unscrew the batterey from the coil and then screw in the battery to the charger.

The item we originally ordered became out of stock before they were able to fill it. I was emailed and asked if I wanted them to hold the order until available again or substitute it. They even suggested similar items. We decided to substitute it. We received the subsituted item quickly along with an apology from the company. Great customer service.

I was actually pleasantly surprised with this purchase. Only downside so far is the battery dies quickly. Mine dies after every single use, so that is annoying, but the charger is portable & it charges quickly. I would buy it again for the price.......the product itself is easy to load & burns nice.
